Responsibilities

Patient Outreach, Inside Sales - Remote

 

We are growing our team and growing our market outreach.  In our remote call enter environment, you hold a pivotal position in the organization by being the patient’s first point of contact. With a consultative, compassionate approach, you will reach out to patients introducing them to Landmark Health’s unique program and schedule them for our providers (MD, NP, PA) to visit their residence for an extensive consultation based on their medical needs.

 

As a company, Landmark Health has existing partnerships with health insurance companies that are national, regional and local.  Your main role is to contact their members, provide the education of how Landmark Health is involved and schedule an appointment for our providers.

 

Compensation:

  • Competitive Hourly Rate, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Work in a call center environment contacting new and existing patients
  • Perform warm calls to our patients in all of our 36 markets across the nation
  • Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls
  • Utilize your sales abilities in a consultative approach, overcome objections and create value
  • Educate the patients on Landmark Health to aide in their healthcare
  • Effectively communicate the clinical value our programs provide to our patients
  • Ensure success and accountable to weekly and monthly goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience with inside sales & customer service
  • Bilingual candidate (preferred, but not required)

Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. Landmark Health will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance.
