  • Overview

    As an individual contributor in the clinical delivery field team, you will use your technical, analytical and organizational skills to own and drive reporting on operational performance metrics for a specific market, as well as contribute to operational performance across the enterprise.  In this role, you will be responsible for the creation of reporting that will aid in analyzing data to inform market leadership, health plan partners and healthcare systems.


    • Own and drive reporting on operational performance metrics including data gathering and research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and synthesis and presentation of results.
    • Translate performance metrics into actionable operational recommendations for improvement – partnering and working collaboratively with others across Landmark.
    • Extract, analyze, and interpret clinical operations data to address business questions to include but not limited to, productivity, quality and patient retention to inform market leadership, health plan partners and healthcare systems.
    • Applies data visualization, descriptive and summary statistical techniques for discovery and timely insights to report on client and community provider pertinent metrics (i.e. engagement, quality, financial etc.).
    • Provide guidance and recommendations on process improvements based on analytics, data gathering and research results.
    • Collaborate with clinical, business and IT professionals.


    • Minimum of two years’ experience working with qualitative and quantitative analysis, data modeling or statistical analysis in a healthcare environment.
    • Minimum of two years’ experience in project management or project management training. Bachelor’s degree Concentration in Data Analyses/Project Management
    • Strong organizational, analytical, multi-tasking, documentation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form to a widely diverse audience.
    • Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to identify relationships in data sets, determine key fields, and present findings unassisted.
