    OBJECTIVE

    As a Marketing Distribution Specialist, you'll be an integral part of Landmark’s Outreach team, collaborating with outreach leadership, marketing, implementation team and the Company’s mail house vendor. In this position, you will own and refine processes and timelines related to new market launches, ensuring on-time distribution of mailings, as well as manage existing market mailings to various audiences.  The right candidate for this position will have strong organizational and project management skills. You must be able to manage multiple projects at once and wear various hats to help Landmark’s communications land at the right audiences, in the right places, at the right time.

    Responsibilities

    RESPONSIBILITES

    To be a brand advocate and ensure decisions and work-product are aligned with Landmark’s purpose, vision, mission and values.

    (50%) New Market Implementation and Go-live

    • Works with marketing team and designers to finalize files for mail house
    • Manages communication with mail house on provider and patient mailings and timelines
    • Ensures material inventories and postage are replenished to hit target mail dates
    • Props up new markets with in-market go-live materials

    (50%) Marketing Mailer Distribution

    • Manages the semi-annual production cycles for mailed communications to all Landmark members
    • Manages the ongoing mailings for members and provider related to retention efforts

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Communications or related field
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; especially Excel
    • Strong project management experience
    • Experience in managing external resources, including designers, print houses and other partners
    • Ability to work effectively with teams over the phone
    • Ability to take initiative to improve processes, think strategically and identify trends
