    Responsibilities

    Position Overview:

    In this high-profile, executive leadership role, the  Regional President is critical to driving success and continued growth in multiple markets across an assigned geographic region. This role is instrumental in helping Landmark provide quality patient care to all patient members.

     

    What you'll be doing: 

    • Provide operational and strategic leadership, along with having accountability for financial and performance management for the locations within your region.
    • Work closely with our Business Development team to promote the Landmark program including fostering the growth of existing programs and developing new health plan relationships.
    • Through your direct reports you’ll ensure that we are delivering high quality patient care and assigning clinical resources correctly to meet our operational needs.
    • Lead your teams to drive operational goals and quality metrics to ensure that each market is focused on process improvements and revenue growth.
    • Hire, train, coach, and mentor your management teams to meet expected performance levels.
    • Provide leadership to plan and execute adjustments to the clinical delivery model and operations to meet changing needs
    • Work directly with the executive management team on special projects and initiatives.

    Qualifications

    What we're looking for:

    • 15+ years of operational leadership and multi-site management experience preferably in health care or managed care settings.
    • Strong leadership and collaborative people management skills
    • Hands-on, high-energy and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
    • Strong P&L experience.
    • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels inside and outside the organization
    • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Calendar
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Self-starter, proactive, works quickly and accurately
    • Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related field or business administration preferred, Masters level a plus
