    Due to Landmark’s rapid national growth, we’re adding to our IT team. In this key, newly created role, the Network Engineer will ensure the continuous operation of Landmark’s network and communications systems, including IT infrastructure, systems, email services, etc.

    This role is instrumental in helping Landmark provide quality patient care to all patient members.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Maintain the day-to-day operations of all IT infrastructure email services, systems management, network resources and server/virtual infrastructure
    • Provide off hour support and troubleshooting as necessary.
    • Interface with internal customers and vendors to determine infrastructure needs.
    • Manage, configure, maintain and troubleshoot all network resources including virtual infrastructure, security systems, and application/database systems as necessary.
    • Implement and maintain Information Systems security and procedures as mandated by company Information Security Policy as directed by the Information Security Department.
    • Perform multi-tiered incident, change management, problem resolution and end-user support.
    • Monitor faults, performance, and capacity issues; prepares remediation reports and documentation.
    • Proactively research, analyze, identify and resolve trends of utilization or errors and implement appropriate performance tuning and troubleshooting techniques.
    • Continuously identify opportunities for process and quality improvement and implement applicable technologies and / or process changes.
    • Assist in DR/BCP planning and testing. 
    • Assist in documenting all systems administration processes and operational procedures.
    • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
    • Follow required protocols for HIPAA compliance and other healthcare regulatory compliance.
    • Assist in the installation of all infrastructure equipment in new and existing locations.

    Qualifications

    What we’re looking for:  

    • Bachelor degree or equivalent certifications/training/experience in information technology, computer science, engineering or related field preferred.
    • Four (4) years’ experience in configuring, installing and maintaining all infrastructure equipment.
    • Experience with and must be able to troubleshoot, administer and maintain enterprise virtualization, e-mail, firewalls, telephony, database, storage, systems management and / or other related resources and infrastructure.
    • Experience with and ability to implement, configure and troubleshoot Windows Servers and services, Active Directory, group policies, provision storage, package and deploy network based applications, etc.
    • Experience and broad knowledge of routing protocols, switch protocols, TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and other network protocols, etc.
    • Ability to work off-hours as needed.
    • Limited travel to satellite offices may be necessary.
    • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
