    Landmark Health seeks to become the national leader in home-based care for complex patients.  To do this, we need world-class clinical, operational and technological infrastructure and the processes and culture necessary to continuously evaluate and improve our model.  The Landmark Fellow will be charged with partnering with Senior Management Team and partners with Clinical and Operations leadership to deliver on Landmark’s vision of transforming healthcare by dramatically improving the quality of lives in our communities.  Fellows opportunities exist at the Sr. Manager level within the Innovations or Implementation teams.

    This opportunity includes a structured, 8-month, development plan that includes executive mentoring, hands-on shadowing, classroom and experiential learning, and a robust onboarding and orientation to Landmark’s mission, vision, values and beliefs. At the end of this development plan, Fellows will transition into a full-time opportunity at a Sr. Management level within the organization.  Candidates should note there are travel requirements for each role, including an expectation that candidates may travel every other week for the first four months of the program.


    • Implementations: This role is 50% client-facing, focusing on external implementation to support Landmark’s growth with new clients, and 50% internal facing, leading the project management for high priority operations projects and building and maintaining the administrative infrastructure for a high performing Executive Team. This position has a significant effect on our ability to deliver quality patient care by ensuring our clients receive strategic operational support and efficient program execution. This role will support 3-4 new market implementations per year.
    • Innovations: Post-MBA Innovations Fellows would be involved in the full range of innovations projects and efforts, including but not limited to clinical model and clinical programs development, technology and operational improvement efforts, experimental pilot design / implementation / evaluation, and business model expansion and evolution.


    • 5 years of business management and / or relevant consulting or professional services experience across a range of business disciplines
    • Documented good academic standing
    • Excellence in organizational and project management with the ability to lead multiple complex projects
    • Track record of leading without authority, demonstrated ability to influence others and drive cross-functional results
    • Analytic and decisive decision maker with the ability to prioritize and communicate objectives and tactics necessary to achieve organizational goals
    • Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to operational management
    • MBA/advanced degree required
    • Solution-oriented mindset and work approach
    • Charisma and a natural ability to connect with others
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent
