Landmark Health seeks to become the national leader in home-based care for complex patients. To do this, we need world-class clinical, operational and technological infrastructure and the processes and culture necessary to continuously evaluate and improve our model. The Landmark Fellow will be charged with partnering with Senior Management Team and partners with Clinical and Operations leadership to deliver on Landmark’s vision of transforming healthcare by dramatically improving the quality of lives in our communities. Fellows opportunities exist at the Sr. Manager level within the Innovations or Implementation teams.
This opportunity includes a structured, 8-month, development plan that includes executive mentoring, hands-on shadowing, classroom and experiential learning, and a robust onboarding and orientation to Landmark’s mission, vision, values and beliefs. At the end of this development plan, Fellows will transition into a full-time opportunity at a Sr. Management level within the organization. Candidates should note there are travel requirements for each role, including an expectation that candidates may travel every other week for the first four months of the program.
