The Chief Human Resources Officer will have responsibility for the development and execution of the Human Capital strategy for the company. Talent management expertise is key as the Company seeks to attract, develop and retain top talent. A deep understanding of the principles of motivation and total reward programs is also important, as is competence in organizational design and development. This position reports to the President and works directly with the various functional and business leaders across the enterprise.
