    Position Overview:


    In this newly created, high-profile role, the Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for management and oversight of Landmark’s revenue cycle activities.   This role works directly with the finance and accounting management team to ensure that Landmark operates efficient revenue cycle, accounts receivable and collections processes.


    This role is instrumental in helping Landmark provide quality patient care to all patient members.


    ***This is a 3+ month Contract/Consulting assignment


    What you'll be doing:

    • Review, design, and implement processes surrounding pricing, billing, third party payer relationships, compliance, collections and other financial analyses to ensure that clinical revenue cycle is effective and properly utilized.
    • Manage and oversee the overall policies and objectives of the revenue cycle department including vendor management, Fee for Service (FFS) claims, billing and collections.
    • Ensure all patient encounters are coded accurately and billed in a timely manner.
    • Track all metrics related to the patient engagement cycle including billing turnaround times, cash collected and outstanding, payer engagement, etc. in order to develop sound revenue cycle analysis and reporting.
    • Manage relations with payers and providers to generate high reimbursement rates and a low level of denials.


    What we're looking for:

    • Bachelor’s degree or directly related experience preferred
    • 4+ years’ experience in Fee for Service (FFS) healthcare revenue cycle
    • Prior experience or knowledge of medical coding and understanding of CPT codes highly desired
    • Experience in payer, provider and Medicare and/or Medicaid billing
    • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to analyze processes are critical for this role.
    • Health plan experience highly desired
