Responsibilities

Position Overview:

 

In this high-profile role, the Training Coordinator provides support to the Talent Management staff and owns training plans and scheduling components for all learning and development activities and programs within Landmark Health. This role provides exceptional customer service to internal customers at all levels of the organization and helps brand Landmark as a positive, values-based culture.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Process registrations for our new hire onboarding program (Landmark Academy) by monitoring new hire registrations and booking accommodations, with considerations of employee preferences, reasonable duration, layovers and airport locations
  • Coordinate and schedule all Landmark Academy coursework.
  • Send all relevant calendar appointments for all training sessions
  • Coordinate logistics at Landmark Academy host locations; owning logistics for training dinners and offsite meetings, manage training status tracker.
  • Manage training supply inventory.
  • Manage training budget and process expenses and credit card authorizations as needed.
  • Support the learning management system as an administrator by managing user log ins and course enrollments, running reports, troubleshooting user and system concerns
  • Create and administer employee surveys; monitor survey results, summarize findings and trends.
  • Support team for other various off-site events
  • This role will require up to 50% domestic travel.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of health care experience (Health Plan, Doctor’s Office, Hospital, Clinic, etc.) with two or more years in healthcare training
  • Experience coordinating national training sessions is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS) experience is a plus
  • Ability to take initiative and see tasks to completion.
  • Work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Skilled at establishing and maintaining positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and vendors.
  • Computer skills and experienced user of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to report to a remote manager
