Position Overview:

In this high-profile role, the Data Implementation Project Manager (PM) supports multiple health plan clients under the supervision of the Director of Client Operations.  In coordination with local market leadership, the PM serves as the primary contact for investigating, addressing, and escalating data implementation issues and inquiries of varied complexity and urgency across multiple departments.  This role lends project management, data implementation and operational expertise during new client implementations.  This self-motivated individual will have the opportunity to work on cross-functional projects, and will be encouraged to take initiative in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This position has a significant effect on our ability to deliver quality patient care by ensuring our clients receive key operational support and efficient program execution!

What you'll be doing: 

• Create project plans for IT/Data Implementation Workstream; tracking data deliverables for clients at a granular level.
• Monitors timeliness of data feeds and reporting due inbound from or outbound to client health plan partners
• Work closely with IT to identify root cause and resolution of data discrepancies or delays
• Works with cross-functional team to track, classify and manage data issues timelines
• Project manage key deliverables on client work plans in partnership with Landmark Project Management
• Manage internal and external client deadlines and meetings
• Prepare executive reports

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Data Implementation or Project / Program Management role; healthcare experience preferred
• Understanding of data integration and implementation and project management concepts and practices is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization; internally and externally
• Demonstrated internal and external customer service and customer relations experience
• Strong writing, presentation, critical thinking, and meeting leadership skills
• High energy, ability to work in a creative, entrepreneurial environment and think outside the box

Bonus Points Awarded for:

• Project Management, Operations or data implementation experience in a healthcare environment is a big plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio is a plus
