  • Overview

    The Office Operations Manager owns the day-to-day administrative and operational leadership for the market.  The position reports to the General Manager for the region and will work closely with them to implement strategic priorities and initiatives. The Office Operations Manager will partner closely with the Physician leader and the Health Services manager to ensure that all employees are able to operate efficiently and provide excellent patient care to deliver on our mission.


    • Administrative Oversight: Responsibility for the administrative functioning of the office overall, including but not limited to:
      • Ensures maintenance of supplies inventories and maintains appropriate processes for ordering and storage of such supplies
      • Calendar management for the office, including scheduling of recurring team meetings
      • Preparation for Executive visits
      • Coordination with all relevant vendors necessary for office operations
      • Administration of PTO and payroll systems
      • Management of front office activities
      • Facilities management
      • Managing operations associated with on-boarding new hires
      • Direct supervision of administrative employees in the market
    • Operational Implementation and Improvement: Develop a comprehensive understanding of daily operations, identify operational roadblocks and process gaps and implement all operational improvement as necessary.  Proactive solicit and problem solve issues the clinical team is facing.
    • Community Outreach: In partnership with the Physician Leader, coordinate outreach to the local physician and healthcare community to educate them on the Landmark program and build relationships that can help facilitate effective coordination of care.  Conduct direct patient outreach as appropriate and necessary.
    • Metric Tracking and Reporting:  Own and drive reporting on operational performance metrics for the markets including regular review of all relevant KPIs, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and synthesis and presentation of results.
      • Translate performance metrics into actionable operational recommendations for improvement – partnering and working collaboratively with others across Landmark.
      • Create metrics that can be used in partnership with the clinical leadership to provide mentoring / feedback to clinical staff in a data-driven way


    • Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related field or business administration, MBA/ advanced degree preferred
    • Healthcare experience not required for the right candidate who can learn quickly
    • Proven track record of driving operational projects from conception to implementation to refinement
    • Excellence in organizational and project management with the ability to lead multiple complex projects
    • Analytic and decisive decision maker with the ability to prioritize and communicate objectives and tactics necessary to achieve organizational goals

    • Charisma and a natural ability to connect with others
