Position Overview:


The Telephonic IT Support Analyst will be responsible for setup / imaging of individual laptops and tablet hardware. This position would also be an initial point of contact for technical support calls received by phone, email, or other method. This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with Windows operating systems, applications both local and web-based, mobile device, and VOIP issues.  Primary method of support will be by phone and remote tools.  Provide quality support to end users with high degree of customer satisfaction, technical knowledge and timeliness either by resolving the issue or by delegating and coordinating efforts with other staff members. Find solutions and/or workarounds for issues found by end users and make intelligent decisions to help resolve their issues.


What you’ll be doing: 


  • Perform imaging and setup of laptops, tablet computers, and mobile IT
  • Perform a variety of system problem analysis
  • Talk to users and understand their issues and questions; Log and track issues; Find root cause of the problem and try to solve it; Make intelligent decisions on solutions / workarounds to allow users to remain productive during their day-to-day operations.
  • Participate in the preparation of training material and documentation for Support use; conduct periodic inventory maintenance on all equipment, track user problem
  • Create and distribute network related information to users, such as new account information; as well as activating and deactivating user
  • Assist with installation and troubleshooting of applications used by end users on their
  • Work with other IT staff in coordinating upgrades and other software


  • At least 2 years of experience in Information Systems or Technical
  • A thorough understanding of computer hardware, operating systems and software, including Microsoft Office and Windows.
  • Ability to visualize and conceptualize user problems from a distance and work with the user remotely to resolve the
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and appropriate technical experience with troubleshooting and installation of computer hardware and peripheral
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and demands on a daily
  • Must be able to work with users at all levels of skills and
