The Director of Quality Assurance leads and directs all quality management activities for the organization including patient care and relations, JHACO compliance, risk management and safety, performance improvement, and infection control.
Develops strategic plans and policies for improved quality throughout the organization and works with senior leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
Plans, coordinates, and implements the quality management and quality improvement programs for all markets across the enterprise.
Monitors and provides assistance with quality assurance and compliance functions.
Provides consultation and direction to ensure programs and services are implemented at the highest standards and patients receive the highest level of care.
Ensures policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include regulatory changes.
Provides regular reporting on all quality assurance measures.
Educates Landmark team members on quality assurance requirements.
BSN required, MSN preferred
8+ years of management in clinical operations, with a strong focus on quality assurance.
Must demonstrate the ability to influence others.
Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.
Must demonstrate the ability to analyze complex issues and solve them creatively.
