The Project Manager – Healthcare Client Operations (PM) supports multiple health plan clients under the supervision of the Director of Payor Operations. In coordination with local market leadership, the PM serves as the primary contact for investigating, addressing, and escalating issues and inquiries of varied complexity and urgency across multiple departments. This role lends project management, operational expertise and support during new client implementations as a key contributor to operationalizing service level agreements. This self-motivated individual will have the opportunity to work on cross-functional projects, and will be encouraged to take initiative in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
